WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?
● High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong focus on quality of work
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Reliable, service oriented and friendly personality
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Language Skills: Nepalese and English is a must, German is an advantage
● Understand the need for and demonstrate strict adherence to confidentiality
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
● Familiarity with handling databases or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
● Manage inquiries and checkups with candidates
● Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions
● Manage training schedules, logistics, and materials
● Maintain training and attendance documentation and databases
● Provide administrative support for training programs, including managing registration, setting up training rooms, and distributing materials.
● Gather feedback from participants to improve future training sessions

NSST is a Nepalese- German skills training initiative. NSST uses the Triple Win approach – a holistic concept that ensures that young Nepalese, Nepalese companies, and German companies benefit. We are working on building a good eco-system for dual TVET in Nepal, creating excellent career opportunities for Young Nepalese on different levels and helping companies to get quality-skilled people.
