WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?
Proven work experience in developing curricula and doing trainings/ workshops
Fluency in German is a must and in either Nepalese or English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent training, facilitation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, an open mindset and enthusiasm
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and implement new trainings, handbooks, and other training materials in German
Collaborate with German partners to include them in the training curricula
Recruit new German partners for training purposes
Deliver a brought variety of workshops and trainings in German
Develop online or blended learning trainings

NSST is a Nepalese- German skills training initiative. NSST uses the Triple Win approach – a holistic concept that ensures that young Nepalese, Nepalese companies, and German companies benefit. We are working on building a good eco-system for dual TVET in Nepal, creating excellent career opportunities for Young Nepalese on different levels and helping companies to get quality-skilled people.
